To complete the accommodation, a door leads off the bathroom to a second bedroom with sturdy bunk beds which are 5ft 9inch in length and windows overlooking the wooded hillside at the rear.

On the opposite side of the footpath, at the front of the cottage, half a dozen gated steps lead down to a delightful sheltered garden with a patio and sundeck, a small decorative pond and a sloping lawn with partial sea views.
