Inside, charming and quietly elegant with lovely oak floors downstairs which is all open-plan. Front door into fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer); dining area; 2 steps down to living area with woodburner, TV/DVD and doors to gravelled terrace (table/chairs), great sea views from lots of windows. Stairs up to two bedrooms – both double (one with 7’ zip-linked bed or 3'6" twins, the other with 6' zip-linked bed or twin beds), one with door to little balcony (table/chairs) and both with those fantastic views; bathroom (suite) with lovely oak floorboards, slate surrounds. Professional catering available. Mid-fortnight clean. A lovely refuge. Can be booked with Z31 to accommodate 16 (must be booked together at Christmas and New Year).

Great location, absolutely no need to use the car at all, footpaths start from the door along the coast to marvellous sandy beaches and decent pub and restaurants in abundance within strolling distance - doggy and human heaven alike! - The Crumps
