In the heart of Mousehole, 100 yards from the pub, shops and harbour, a split-level, terraced, 18th cent., Grade II listed, fisherman’s cottage with a tiny, traffic-free lane at the back.

Front door from the tiny ‘no through road’ lane to hall; cosy living room (TV/DVD) dominated by a fun mural (scene of Mousehole’s past); on the same floor, a single bedroom. Stairs (stairgate) down to large fitted kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, microwave, washer-drier, fridge-freezer, TV/DVD); bathroom (suite plus bath-shower); another loo (washbasin); and back door to lane. From the hall, stairs (stairgate) up to two more bedrooms with window seats – a double (5’ bed), and one with two singles, washbasin and a view of the sea over rooftops. Sleeps maximum of 5, including babies. Loading and unloading outside only; car park, 100 yards.
