The cottage is situated in a traffic free terrace of character properties which all benefit from small patio gardens that sit on the very edge of the sea wall; perfect for that early morning breakfast in the sunshine or a chilled glass of white wine and al fresco dining as the sun goes down.

The accommodation extends over three floors with the main living area situated on the ground floor and the bedrooms spread over two floors to further appreciate those wonderful views. In fact it is perfectly possible to sit in bed with an early morning cup of tea and watch the constant flow of nautical traffic as it ebbs and flows in and out of Mousehole and Newlyn harbours.
