If a friend sent you a post card saying that they were staying in a stunning holiday home, sipping an ice cold Pimm's whilst sitting on a sun drenched wooden deck which is perched on a hill with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, St Michael's Mount and overlooking one of the prettiest seaside villages in England - you probably wouldn't believe them - until now! Built in the late 1920s, this cottage is a traditional large family home which has recently been completely renovated and exudes every modern creature comfort including twin sun decks, a double conservatory, en-suite Jacuzzi bath and even a summer lodge in the garden - ideal for the grand parents or those rowdy teenage sons or daughters!

The owners of this magnificent south facing property have deliberately styled the house with a nautical feel however it is very much beach house rather than beach hut! Several features include an open fireplace built from shipwrecked timbers and an outside staircase leading from the summer house which has oars for banisters. Large slabs of slate surround the BBQ area bearing a selection of verse from various famous poets. A very unusual and stylish property which once found - never forgotten and certainly very hard to leave!
