Next to Glyfada Beach, situated between Kastraki and Alyko, the construction of this beach house with panoramic views finished in May 2006. Garden with a 45 m² oval swimming pool surrounded by an extented terrace finished in April 2009.

This 140 m² villa with in addition 330 m² of terraces/verandas is placed on a 2130 m² plot bordering a shallow lake next to the Glyfada Beach. Distance across the plot from villa to lake is 50 meter and further 80 meter accross the lake to the beach.

The garden has garden furniture, ample natural stone seats and 3 pergolas. An outside shower and barbecue is also available.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one of which has a whirlpool bathtub. Furthermore there are 2 living rooms; one with a fireplace and access to the main terrace surrounding the villa and one to the veranda, both have a panoramic 270º view. In addition, there is a roof terrace with magnificent 360º views.

The fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances includes an American refrigerator/freezer with an ice cube machine so you can enjoy a long-drink in the evening on the terrace watching the sunset. The kitchen also has an outdoor dining table built in natural marble and placed in a cozy area with natural marble stone walls.

Prices shown are for up to 5 persons occupying the villa. There are slightly higher prices for 6-8 and 9-10 persons. Security deposit of 25% is paid when booking and damage deposit of EUR 250 at arrival. Internet access is available in the period June-September.
