A superb renovated 1 bedroom traditional (listed) stone built house with private swimming pool. This villa is ideal for those seeking a quiet holiday, in a traditional property, in an area of natural beauty.

The accommodation is arranged as follows: On the ground floor is the living room, with small sofa bed, TV (local channels only) and a feature effect stone fireplace. A bathroom with Jacuzzi whirl pool bath. The kitchen incorporates an oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There is also a dining table and 4 chairs.

The first floor is accessed via an external stone staircase and here the spacious dual aspect twin bedroom with en-suite shower room is located. An air conditioning unit is supplied and there is a small balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

Outside is the private, mainly paved enclosed garden with private kidney shaped swimming pool of 8 x 4 metres. Sun beds, a parasol, barbecue and a table and chairs are also provided.

I booked this holiday relatively late with no prior knowledge of that area of Cyprus. The location, accomodation and local facilities surpassed all of our expectations and we really had a marvellous holiday.
