Stunning walks virtually from the doorstep along the coastal path and out on to Porth Island. Whipsiderry never gets crowded (steps down to it), voted as one of the ten finest beaches in Europe by Sunday Times Travel. A little further, Porth Beach with easier access. World-class surfing yards away. Walk along the beaches or take the bus into town and the bright lights.

Access is via communal hall and stairs to own front door. Hall with room for coats/boots/surf boards; living/dining/kitchen (washer-drier, microwave, freezer, larder fridge) with TV/DVD and superb sea views; two bedrooms – a double with sea views, and a twin, both with washbasins; new shower-room (suite). Brilliant for sea/sand/surf; beachside pub, 400 yards. Remember binoculars!
