These detached villas are set in a wonderfully peaceful area just outside the traditional town of Polis. Each villa offers spacious accommodation situated on a sizeable plot of land in a rural area surrounded by fields and olive groves so each villa enjoys an excellent degree of privacy.

The open plan living/dining/kitchen area features a working fireplace, SKY television (limited channels), DVD player and CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table comfortably seats 6. A twin bedroom with separate shower room (specially adapted for those with mobility difficulties) is situated on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the first floor where a further twin bedroom with en-suite shower room is located. An open air balcony area connects to the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom also located on the first floor.

All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units (for cooling and heating), which are included in the price. A camp bed (suitable only for a child under the age of 12 years) can be provided. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request and a hairdryer and safety deposit box are supplied.

Outside the 8 metre x 4 metre private swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, a table and chairs.

Prior to booking I obviously researched a number of companies and villas. All aspects of the villa and booking arrangements met my expectations. I had cause to refer to the villa owner during my stay and they were prompt and helpful in addressing my query.
