At the front is a beautifully planted, enclosed, walled courtyard with a shared access path through (security gate at each end), off which front door to each cottage. Overstrand (Z35) and Mast Tops (Z36) have sitting-out areas (table/chairs, gas barbecue, infrared heaters) with low wall at the front, and a small balcony at the rear; Crow’s Nest (Z38) and John’s Dory (Z37) have a larger balcony (table/chairs, pretty planters, gas barbecues, infrared heaters) to the rear, looking over the shopping area towards the harbour and beautiful Mounts Bay.

With the station and the town’s cafés/restaurants, shops and entertainment all within a few minutes’ easy stroll, and the coastal path and cycle way running practically past the door, this is the ideal spot for a relaxing, ‘car-free’ stay (secure, covered parking space provided). Shops on site include a deli, bakery, fishmonger and food store (mobility scooter hire available). Professional catering available. Comfortable, convenient houses, just minutes from everything. Ideal for family groups who wish to stay close to each other but retain their independence.

John’s Dory is mid-terrace and decorated in mostly muted tones with a few bold splashes of colour. Hall; neat fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, gas hob/electric oven) through to comfy living/dining room (TV/DVD, MP3 player) with French windows to balcony; downstairs loo (washbasin); stairs up to two bedrooms – a double, and a twin; bathroom (suite plus bath-shower and hand-shower).
