There is a neatly fitted galley kitchen and beyond is a comfortable sitting / dining area with a pine dining suite, lounge furniture and a double glazed rear door leading out to a communal paved terrace with views of the sand dunes.

Upstairs are a shower room W.C. with hand basin and two bedrooms; a twin bedded room at the front and a double room with a half glazed door opening out to a railed balcony overlooking the beach. A short footpath crosses over a stream and leads on to the dunes and three miles of golden sandy beach and also links up with the South West Coastal Path.
