Large living room (woodburner, TV/DVD/video)/dining/fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer), stylishly done with vaulted ceiling in Norwegian pine and French windows (lockable) to long, wooden balcony (sensational views down the creek and of 'messing about in boats'). Two pretty bedrooms – a double (5' bed) with en suite bathroom (suite plus bath-shower), and a twin with en suite shower-room (suite). Tumble drier in garage. You have temporary membership of Port Navas Sailing Club (bar and meals sometimes available - irregular opening times).
