A charming period cottage located just above the beach in the picturesque fishing village of Porthleven, with panoramic views towards Mounts Bay and beyond.

The lounge is a huge room extending the whole depth of the building. Featuring a beamed ceiling it is fully centrally headed but also has the benefit of a gas effect wood burner for those chill evenings. Deep, comfortable sofas and chairs and the comprehensive entertainment suite, which includes internet access, Sky DVD etc make this room the centre of activity in the evenings.

The dining space is fitted with a huge table complimented by furnishings which create a perfect place to wine and dine. The kitchen is very spacious and is fitted with top quality branded appliances and comes fully equipped with utensils and crockery. Beyond the kitchen is a utility room which contains the washing machine, spin dryer etc. In days gone by this room would have been called the "Scullery". There is also a small cloakroom off the 'Sculley'.
