The coastal footpath passes in front and it is about 350 yards down to the beach/village. At the back, a few grass steps lead up to small terrace with table/chairs, barbecue and great views: just right for sundowners or morning coffee.

From the parking area, 20 steps lead up to front door. Inside, comfortable and immaculate; hall leading to open-plan living/dining/fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, combi-microwave, larder fridge) with laminate flooring, armchairs, TV/DVD and views over the village and beach; two bedrooms – a double (great views), and a twin (2’6" beds); smart shower-room (suite). Good for a beach or walking holiday. Best for maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

The location of this property is superb. The property is compact but worth the quiet, peaceful and tranquil setting. To be close to the sea is fantastic and exhillarating. The amenities are not far and if the weather is bad there is lots to do within a short distance. - Mrs J Knowles
