This is a comfortable 3 bedroom lodge, located close to the harbour village of Portscatho. This beautiful estate has a creek on one side and the stunning Roseland coastline within easy walk on the other. The estate has a range of facilities including wonderful and expansive grounds (apart from the walled garden which is private) and a swimming pool, jacuzzi & sauna for use by guests. Please note that although the pool is open all year, the hours are restricted during the winter. There is also a slipway (available for a fee) for the launching of boats by direct arrangement with the estate. The walks available from the Estate lead to the spectacular coastal footpath around the creeks and cliffs of the St Anthony headland and for those wishing to ride, there is an equestrian centre on the next door farm.

The house itself is a 3 bedroom lodge with a lounge deck area to the front and a first floor balcony. The main living area is spacious with a good sized kitchen and sitting area. The first floor bedroom has sea views. The property has been substantially refurbished over the winter of 2011 with completely refurbished bath & shower rooms, a new modern fitted kitchen and beautiful slate floor tiling throughout the living area.
