On the edge of Ringmore near the church and good food pub, a barn well and stylishly converted by the owners into a small single-storey cottage called Little Scypen, attached to their attractive house in their lovely garden. The owners are both keen gardeners, he a retired architect. The garden, a delight of exotic and beautiful flowers and plants, has been on TV and in magazines. You have your own small secluded suntrap patio (seats, barbecue - NB. no other play space) and the owners are pleased to show you their main garden on request.

Inside, very attractive, modern handmade furniture throughout, nice views from most windows; living/dining/fitted kitchen (microwave, larder fridge) with lots of original watercolours, TV/DVD/video; two bedrooms – a double, and a bunk bedroom (top bunk folds up to make a single); bathroom (suite plus bath-shower), and washing machine and tumble drier area. Very civilised and peaceful place, excellent for walking straight from the door.
