A sturdy detached stone cottage by the dunes and coast, standing firm for unknown centuries. Quite a large, enclosed garden surrounds it - mostly lawn and shrubs to the front (table/chairs, barbecue), crunchy gravel drive and parking at the back. The friendly local farming (retired) owners live in the hamlet. The cottage is surprisingly spacious inside. Living room (TV/DVD/video) with narrow beams and big stone inglenook (woodburner, cloam oven).

Fitted kitchen with colourful tilework (washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, fridge-freezer), dining area with dresser and door to back garden. Original, quite narrow stairs (stairgate) to three bedrooms - two double (one with access immediately off stairs and one with particularly good views and washbasin) and a twin. Bathroom (suite plus bath-shower).
