This three bedroom waterfront cottage, sleeping six people forms part of a small estate so close to the beach, you can almost hear the waves lapping against the sand on Seaview Bay on the Isle of Wight.

Located just a couple of minutes walk away from the quaint Edwardian village of Seaview, in the north east of the Isle of Wight, it is a popular family holiday destination, just a quarter of an hour’s drive from the ferry and hovercraft port at Ryde, which is a quick hop away from the British mainland.

The area is a haven for sailing and fishing and boat trips go out daily in the summer season, while the Seaview regatta is an annual event attracting visitors from far and wide.
