Enjoying a hilltop location on the outskirts of Rye, the cottage enjoys magnificent views from the garden and main bedroom to the sea in the distance. The house features a private garden with parking for 2 cars and is within an easy walk of the town center with its historical attractions and shops and restaurants.

Recently decorated, the house offers accommodation high quality for six guests in three bedrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor. Please be aware that due to the hilltop location of the garden with balcony and pond, the house is unsuitable for children under the age of 8 years. Non mobile babies are accepted however.
