The apartments have been extensively redesigned and refurbished during 2009 and are ideally suited to couples or families looking for luxury accommodation within easy access of Salcombe and the local amenities.

The apartments share access to a small private beach and decking area (with individual lockers to store boating items, wetsuits, beach equipment etc.), and have a running mooring suitable for a boat/dinghy up to 11' in length (swinging moorings for boats up to 21' may be available by separate request). Each apartment has allocated parking for up to two cars.
