Outside, a large, south-facing suntrap terrace, steps to a small area of lawn and further wooden steps up to an elevated and decked terrace area (table/chairs, barbecue) with fabulous views towards Bolt Head and out to sea – a perfect spot for all day lounging.

Inside, kitchen/dining room (gas hob/electric oven, dishwasher, microwave) with neatly fitted dining area, slate floor and door to terrace. Living room with high ceiling, leather sofas, TV/DVD and sliding doors that stretch the width of the room and open to the terrace. Two bedrooms – a double (5' bed, washbasin) and, at the back, a large twin (zip-linkable to 6’ double). Smart internal bathroom (suite plus bath-shower). No children under 5. A fabulous, easy base in a fantastic spot.

The holiday home was just as good as it looked in the pictures, you could tell that the owners have put a lot of thought into the facilities required and beautiful attention to detail on the decor, furnishings and fittings. The small garden and decking area is a bonus. The location was ideal for both North Sands and walks into Salcombe, meaning we used the car less than we typically would.
