This beautiful traditional style property is just a five minutes’ drive from the quiet village of San Agustín. The villa has a rich history, and used to be a country bar and shop between 1949 and 1972 – now renovated to offer an excellent standard of accommodation. Many of the original features have been preserved, including the elegant wooden beams.

Outside, you will find a large private pool and sun terrace, surrounded by beautiful mature trees. A quiet, relaxed atmosphere is on offer – ideal for total relaxation, and the property is set amid peaceful countryside and fields of almond trees. A short drive will take you to the village of San Agustín where you will find basic local amenities that include bars, a restaurant, and a small shop.
