Daily cleaning - bath and kitchen laundry every two days. Bed, bath and kitchen linen are provided. Situated in a very central position, overlooking the sea of the Liguria and the beaches, the Residence disposes of one, two and three-roomed holiday apartments, provided with all comforts. This two-room apartment have a living room with a kitchenette provided with all the necessary equipment, microwave, fridge and electric cooker, a wardrobe and low cabinet, table with chairs, sofa with double bed and a bedroom with double bed or twin beds with wardrobe. Direct line telephone – fire detecting system- wifi and adsl internet connections – tv sat– safe- air conditioning – children’s bed and chair – balconies with armchairs. The residence is rated " Top clean hotel ". The reception is opened from 8:00 in the morning until 19:30 in the evening. After this time the concièrge is present till the morning. There is a private pay parking service. The residence, moreover, has an agreement with the LIDO bathing station opposite the Residence (free entry and cabin). A supermarket – newsagent – chemist’s shop and restaurants within a distance of 100m.
