A recently built 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private swimming pool and superb sea views. The first floor has a large master double bedroom boasting two balconies with panoramic sea views and an en-suite shower room. There are two further twin bedrooms, one with a balcony, and a separate full bathroom. All rooms have air-conditioning (5 units in total) for cooling and heating and in addition ceiling fans are fitted in the bedrooms.

Also provided is a baby cot, a safety deposit box, hairdryers and use of a 'pay as you go' mobile phone that can be topped up with local phone cards found at local kiosks. Air conditioning throughout the villa is available at no extra charge and a "meet & greet" service is provided upon arrival.

Outside the villa has a well maintained garden and terrace from where you have direct views of the sea and surrounding countryside. The swimming pool is 8m x 4m with walk-in steps. There is a gas barbecue, private parking, table and chairs and sun beds and umbrellas. There is also a pergola providing additional shade.
