This is a wonderful large villa in a great location with direct access to the sandy beach of Avola. The internal furnishings are old fashioned and the bathrooms are quite basic. However, the large gardens and patio, the large first floor sun balcony, and the direct access to the beach make this ideal for a beach holiday where most of the time is spent outside. From the ground floor, you simply follow the path down to the large 'free' sandy beach looking out at the beautiful Mediterranean sea. It is very pleasant to sit on the veranda during the evenings and watch the sunset.

Parking is on the street by the entrance to the villa. The property is located approx 1km from the centre of Avola and from there it is quite easy to visit other places of interest such as the cultural zone of Siracusa, the famous Necropoli Paltalica, the natural lake of Cavagrande of the Cassibile, Siracusa with its archaeological zone (Theatres Greek and Roman, ear of Dionisio...) and the ancient area Ortigia... then Noto, famous as the Capital of Baroque style and is just 10 km away.
