This is a luxury villa located on the top of a hill above the bay of Aghia Paraskevi, where our guests will appreciate absolute privacy, tranquillity and stunning sea views, on a private 6000m2 plot, planted with olives trees, flowers and grass. It sleeps up to 8 persons in its 3 bedrooms and a fourth area in the mezzanine.

The villa offers also 3 complete shower rooms, one of which is en-suite with the master bedroom. It has a spacious living room with fireplace and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. A 40m² terrace covered with a beautiful pergola made of wood and old tiles in front of the living room with an unforgettable view to the garden, the sea and the hills.

The villa has many advantages but for us - 2 families with kids - it was the place where we spent the most peaceful and relaxing time with our kids. The combination of the location (on top of one of the hills around Agia Paraskevi offering a great panorama view to the island and the sea), the big terrace (with the view!) and the peaceful garden, where the kids were able to play without being watched all the time, the silence - it all made it a perfect place to stay for us.

Not to mention the loving team who takes care of the villa. Very helpful and caring people who were not only taking care of the cleaning but helped us with information and organization of our requests throughout our stay - restaurants, beaches, renting a boat trip etc. It was as if we were in a small boutique hotel with every care and need covered.
