Villa is situated in a small village of Medici by the sea, not far away from Split. This spacious Villa is only 50 meters from a long pebble beach. In the evenings you can sit on the terrace, admire the view across to the Island of Brac and watch the sunset. The nearest shop is just 1km from the house in the nearby village of Mimice, which has several good restaurants and a bar by the sea.

The fascinating town of Split is only 35 minutes away and is full of restaurants, bars and cafés; you can also enjoy exploring the old city, Diocletian's Palace and other monuments. There are also regular ferries to the islands of Brac, Hvar and Vis to which you can easily make day trips. On the way to Split is the spectacular town of Omis, near to which you can go rafting and canoeing on the River Cetina.
