This very private and peaceful villa is approached by a long private drive. The land below the villa and to the right (100 acres + !! ) is occupied by a few sheep - that's all! The villas to the left are well hidden.

One of our clients said, "This is our 2nd visit to this villa. Only the heart, soul and spirit can know and express the beauty, serenity peace, love and joy felt and lived here! We've visited the island many times stayed at (list of villas!). While all are beautiful in their own right none are as beautiful, peaceful and private as this villa. " 'nuf said....

The villa is about 70 meters (200 ft) above sea level and in the mornings you can sometimes see turtles swimming below. There are no other villas below. The view is due west so the sun sets virtually opposite between Saba and St Maarten, depending on the time of year. On the horizon you can see (north to south) St. Marteen, Saba and St. Eustache, St. Kitts and Nevis.

The firework displays take place in front of the villa. Parking is right by the villa.
The large airy living room, with comfortable loungers and settees, is about 60 m² and comprises; a fully fitted kitchen imported from France with blue granite work-tops, a bar, which we call the sunset bar, a music and video centre with a selection of CD's plus the usual DVD player and satellite TV (DIRECTV) and terrace speakers. There are numerous books to read and a few games in the cupboards.

There are two large fully opening doors that open onto the pool area. Then in a separate building are the two identical fully air-conditioned bedrooms both with lovely shower rooms. The first bedroom is a large double and the second bedroom can be two singles or a large double. Ask before you arrive what you want. Both bedrooms are NON SMOKING but you can always have a puff on the terrace!

We have installed a high speed internet connection in the villa. You can either plug in with the RJ45 Patch cord provided but it is also configured as an open Wi-Fi point. There are only two villas nearby and I doubt that neither is near enough to pick up the Wi-Fi.

The large terrace has hammocks, teak tables and chairs with six teak loungers. There is a gas barbecue for the occasion when spare ribs seem unavoidable. (There is a great recipe in the kitchen)

Behind the villa is a utility room that Irma, our housekeeper, uses but if you need to use the washing machine or dryer etc. do not hesitate to ask. We can also store a few of your personal items here such as beach chairs if you intend to return next year. Bear in mind that the sea air corrodes metal very quickly. Below the terrace is the pool pump room with additional storage area if needed.
