This St Ives cottage is a three storey property which captures plenty of sunshine. There are stunning views of the town and the coast line from the top bedroom. You can see if the surf is up before leaving for the beach.

The courtyard at the front is shared with the other half of the property, for access to clothes lines and dustbin storage. There is a bin storage unit with a cupboard for buckets and spades and other sandy items. It also provides a pleasant area to sit and enjoy morning coffee. You can stop outside the house to unload the car.
