Unusually for the centre of St Ives there is an outside sun-trap terrace garden with a decked seating and outside dining area, tropically planted raised beds and a hot outdoor shower - ideal when returning from the beach - with great views down the cobbled lane towards the church from the beach-style summer house. Upstairs are white painted floorboards giving the property a bright contemporary coastal feel and filled with light.

There are 2 bedrooms - the master has views out over the town with sea glimpses beyond. The second bedroom looks out over the terrace garden which is accessed via a stainless steel and glass walkway from the bedroom itself, and also from steps leading up from the fully-equipped kitchen below.

The terrace garden is an enclosed space with a teak gate at the top of the steps.

A great property to experience being in the heart of this vibrant town, minutes away from the 3 main St. Ives beaches, the towns galleries, restaurants, harbour area and shops, whilst enjoying a quiet location.
