This is a modern self contained apartment located overlooking the Percuil River at Freshwater Boatyard in St Mawes. Please note that this is a working boatyard and during the winter months your views outside are very restricted by boats being stored on the quay. However, from April through to October, the boats disappear onto the water and the view out onto the River can be really appreciated. This is perfect for a couple seeking a great value base in St Mawes.

There are lovely walks along the Percuil River and it is about a 10 minute walk along the river to St Mawes Harbour with all its pubs & restaurants. It is a fantastic base for exploring the area particularly for walkers as the ferries in St Mawes will take you to either Falmouth or across the river to Place Manor. The boatyard itself will rent a small Bass boat to you for exploring the river at your leisure or maybe a fishing trip or two! Alternatively, if you have your own boat, moorings are available for hire.
