There is a delightful patio garden to the rear.

The house itself is in reverse style with the open plan living area on the first floor, to take advantage of the great views over St Mawes Bay. The living space on the first floor really is a home from home, with a range of comfortable furniture and fittings. There is a good sized dining table, a superbly fitted modern kitchen and a separate TV room which is absolutely ideal for the children! Access onto the first floor balcony provides a quite wonderful spot from which to enjoy views out across the bay.
