Close to Summer’s Beach in St Mawes, and about a minute’s walk from shops, galleries and restaurants, another charming little stone cottage in a row of similar cottages. It has been totally refurbished and is comfy and welcoming.

Entrance through garden gate to sunny little patio garden (table/chairs) and conservatory (dining table/chairs) with view of Summer’s Beach; hallway; living room with leather sofas, woodburner, TV/DVD/video, CD player and hatch to kitchen; well-equipped galley-style fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, freezer).

Upstairs, three bedrooms: a double with view of beach from the bed and en suite shower-room (suite), a small but light single, and a room with 2’6" single bed with cabin bed above and sea view. Bathroom (suite plus hand-shower). Loading/unloading outside; public car park a few yards away.
