In St Mawes, just above the harbour, a detached Victorian family house within easy reach of beaches, shops and the harbour via fairly steep steps and a pathway. At the front, pretty flowers and shrubs; to the back, a small, private, enclosed patio area (table/chairs) with open tread steps up to decked balcony (table/chairs) with a wonderful view of the sea.

Inside, well furnished with good pictures and sea views from most windows. Entrance porch; comfortable, open-plan living/dining room (TV/DVD); fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, freezer) with breakfast bar; utility room (washing machine, tumble drier) with door to patio; shower-room (suite). Upstairs, three bedrooms – a double (5’ bed) with door to balcony, a twin, and a room (no clothes-hanging space) with two single beds, all with sea views. Bathroom (suite plus hand-shower). Parking for one car. Good location for coastal walks and beaches (three within 5 minutes' walk).
