This is an extensive house with delightful uninterrupted views over the Percuil River & Froe Creek in a quiet residential area of St Mawes. Only a few steps from Freshwater Boatyard, the property is ideal for those looking to get out on the water & is only a short walk to St Mawes harbour. It is an absolutely superb location where you can really relax, unwind and just watch the boats go by!

Located in a very quiet corner of St Mawes, it has the benefit of views across the river from a number of rooms. The terraced mature garden leads down to a riverside footpath which takes you along the foreshore to The Priory. The centre of the village with its pubs and shops is approximately a 10 minute walk away along various short cut paths or about 15 minutes walk along the beautiful seafront.
