Located in an elevated position above Summer's Beach, this superb house is only a short walk from the peaceful harbour of St Mawes with its selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. The famous Hotel Tresanton is a 10 minute walk away along the seafront.

The refurbishment of the house is due to be completed in early June and will transform the interior into a stylish and contemporary luxury residence offering the complete home away from home for the most discerning of guests. The views from all the main rooms of the house can be enjoyed in all weathers, however in fine weather, the south facing elevated front lawn is perhaps the most delightful place in the village to watch the activities in the bay.

The completed house will sleep up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms. Four of these bedrooms are on the first floor, of which 2 are en-suite. The master double room has superb views across the bay and the additional en-suite double bedroom to the rear has the advantage of having zip & link beds for flexibility. There is also a newly constructed balcony which is accessed from this bedroom which offers a simply wonderful spot to enjoy the vista. To the rear of the main house is a separate studio room. The studio is intended to be primarily a games room, however there are 2 wall beds that can be used if additional accommodation is required - please note that this is by special arrangement only.
