Right in the centre of St Malo, in the 'intra muros' district, this lovely apartment is in a central location, a short stroll from a safe sandy beach. The apartment is located on a side street opposite a primary school, so, although right in the heart of the town, it remains relatively quiet.

With the considerable benefit of free secure private parking, you can park the car and leave it securely for your holiday. The apartment is all one level, on the first floor, with access either by lift or stairs. There is a good sized sitting room, next to this is a dining area, leading to the kitchen which has a dining table and chairs. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The bathroom has two sinks and a shower, and there is a separate WC.

The apartment has been stylishly decorated and equipped, and makes a comfortable base to explore the town, nearby beaches and this wonderful area.
