A popular bathing place, the picturesque village of Shaldon in South Devon is steeped in folklore and is situated on the River Teign and its estuary. This unique holiday home forms part of a new complex built on the banks of the river and shows a sympathetic design in an aim to cause as little impact as possible to the environment.

If you like an English pub, this is your place, as the quaint neighbour of Teignmouth boasts five all to itself. The accommodation sleeps up to six people and sailing fans should pass by in August when the famous Shaldon regatta, running since 1817 takes over the village for a week and a half.
