This is a lovely beachfront villa with three bedrooms and four bathrooms, set in large landscaped gardens with spacious sundecks and a large private swimming pool. It sits overlooking one of the most tranquil beaches in Koh Samui, visited by few tourists. The only sound that can be heard is the occasional passing of a traditional long-tailed fishing boat.

The villa nestles in a secluded and very private position within Samui Beach Village, a new gated luxury villa development in the south-east of Koh Samui. Its large living space includes a comfortable lounge with TV/music entertainment centre, a dining room and kitchen areas all neatly interlinked. The bedrooms are situated to the rear, while at the front are tropical gardens, sun-decking and your own private pool, beyond which lies the beach itself.

The property is entered from the private gated parking area at the end of the small road leading to the beach. The entrance to the villa is next to the large sun deck which also surrounds the very ample private swimming pool. Sandy beaches, stretching in both directions as far as the eye can see, are ideal for families to play and for couples to enjoy romantic walks along the coast.
