This is a luxurious beach house set in beautiful tropical gardens. It faces a secluded white-sandy beach on the picturesque southeastern coast of the unspoilt island of Koh Samui, Thailand.

You enter through carved antique doors into an exotic walled garden, crossing over a large pond bountiful with Koi carp and surrounded by a profusion of plants and flowers. The water is fed from an old waterfall set in the background, where there is a shady sala for those quiet times to reflect on the peace and tranquility of your surroundings.

From the first moment you step into the villa you are in no doubt you are living in Thailand. The house features traditional Ayutthaya architecture, with distinctive Thai-style roof. It is carefully designed to blend traditional, elegant and tropical design with comfortable and functional contemporary style living.

The villa is spacious, bright and airy, with high, wood-paneled vaulted ceilings, polished teakwood floors and large glass picture windows that make the most of extensive views over the Gulf of Siam. Traditional antiques and Thai furniture merge effortlessly with the convenience of modern technology.

The white sandy beach stretches out in front of the villa, with magnificent views to the north and south of Samui. The large stretches of sand are ideal for families and there are small pools where it is safe for children to play. Being away from the busy Samui tourist areas, the beach is always quiet with at the most a handful of tourists and a few fishermen. During the winter months the beach with its shallow sandy lagoon forms an inviting location for kite boarding.
