Beyond the living room at the rear of the property is a pine furnished double bedroom and a fully tiled bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath.

A small lawn and slate paved patio with a picnic table fronts the property on the seaward side making the most of the wonderful sea views over the farmland towards Long Rock.
