The complex has a cafe restaurant while there are plenty of good tavernas in Tolo if you want to go elsewhere. The pool area is bordered by olive trees and offers a great place to relax. Tolo is famous for its sandy beach which is shallow for a good distance out to sea - perfect for children.

There are watersports available along the beach, and the area is rich with archaeological sites - Mycenae, Tiryns, Epidavros etc. The old town of Nafplio can be reached by buses which run every hour, and is charming with its neo-classical architecture, cafes and boutiques. The energetic can climb the 999 steps up to the 'Palamidi' castle to enjoy a fine view of the Argolic Gulf, and to visit the tiny windowless cell where Kolokotronis, one of the Greek resistance leaders, was imprisoned.
A cruise ship offers day trips to the nearby islands of Hydra and Spetses. Tolo is a perfect holiday destination. Unspoilt but with everything you'll need!
