The open design of the house allows a view of the Caribbean Sea from every room and the 32-ft wall of glass doors that enclose the living area and kitchen completely opens onto the screened porch. The main level features seating options perfect to enjoy the view. There is a stereo system when you can play your CD's or plug-in your MP3 player. The screened porch has a spacious dining area, comfortable cushioned chairs and a convenient bar-refrigerator. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary and features maple cabinetry and breakfast bar custom made on the island. There are three bedrooms with ocean views, each bedroom with a private bath. Each room has an individually controlled air-conditioning unit, when AC is desired. (Air conditioning in the bedrooms is metered and charged back to the guests at cost).

Master Suite: Sliding glass doors open onto the main deck, pool and views of the turquoise ocean. The ensuite bathroom features a dressing area and walk-in shower with pebble-floor and double sinks. Upstairs Queen Suite features a four-poster bed, built-in mahogany dresser, and sliding glass doors onto the pergola covered balcony. The shower has louvered windows with a view of the bay. Upstairs King/Twin Suite can be made up as a King bed, or as two twin beds if preferred. Sliding glass doors open onto the balcony and provide a full view of the bay. The patio is surrounded by flowers and lush island vegetation and provides seclusion from the outside world. The pool has a "beach entry" access - one end of the pool is shallow enough to provide a gradual transition into the pool or function as a wading pool for small children. The pool uses a new salt-generating system instead of chlorine and is very gentle to the skin and eyes. The deck has a table for alfresco dining and there are enough pool chairs and loungers for everyone.
