The kitchen was brand new in 2006 and fully equipped with all the modern appliances. The bedrooms are all spacious and well furnished. One twin bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an adjacent bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor. Both have their own en suite bathroom and the master bedroom also has patio doors opening out onto a private sun terrace with - again - those wonderful views of the ocean.

The villa has a built-in BBQ by the pool and there is a gate at the bottom which leads onto the beach. There is also gas fired central heating for cooler months. Approximately 250 yards from the Praca at Vale do Lobo. Air conditioning is provided (if required) in the bedrooms only.
