This is an apartment of approximately 120 square meters located on the ground floor, and has direct access to the magnificent terrace above the sea and to the swimming pool. The apartment has a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a double bedroom located on a mezzanine level and a divan bed that sleeps two. There are three bathroom: the en suite one, which has a shower, one bathroom with a tub and a third one with a toilet only. The living area has a sitting room, a dining room and a kitchen. The living area gets light from large windows that open on the terrace with an incomparable view of the sea and of Sorrento. Air conditioning is only available in the master bedroom.

From the terrace you will be able to reach a beautiful arched porch, furnished with sofas and decorated by a pleasant fresco. Relaxing on the sofas you be able to admire sky, the sea and the spellbinding profile of the Gulf of Naples. From this porch you will enter the large living room. The living room has terrific charm and character: the ancient floor is made of marble, the furniture is composed of antique pieces, and the walls are painted with trompe-l'oeil. At the same time it is welcoming, with large and comfortable sofas. A small bathroom with a toilet only services this room.

The living room is connected to the dining area, which has a spacious table, and from where you will be able to enter the kitchen. The dining area also has a glass door to enter the terrace. The kitchen is pleasantly located, behind a tall window, decorated with gold and white geometric patterns. While you are cooking, you will be able to admire a superlative view of the seascape of the Gulf through these windows. The master bedroom is in a cool and secluded position, behind the living room. It has a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

A second sleeping area is located by the dining area. Tall and heavy curtains divide this sleeping area from the dining area. Here you will find a divan bed that sleeps two, as well as a double bed, placed on a mezzanine level and concealed by curtains. This sleeping area has a large bathroom, with a bath tub with shower head. The furnishing is elegant, with original antique pieces, many of which have belonged to the villa since it was first furnished. It is welcoming and comfortable as well, not over-formal. The rooms are equipped with a television. The swimming pool is open from mid-May to the end of September.
