This villa is a welcoming two-story villa built sheer above the sea. It sleeps seven people. From the villa you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. The villa is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features direct access to the beach and to the sea, a spacious private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden and air conditioning.

You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from San Marco di Castellabate, where you will find restaurants, the shops, the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus, the beach and the tourist port. You will reach the villa from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

For a succesful stay we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to the villa is along a narrow road. We recommend to bring a small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).

From the villa you will have a direct access to the sea and to a pebble beach. You will reach it from the garden going down a private walkway that is cut into the rocky cliff and includes approximately 66 stairway steps. The access to the sea is shared with guests staying at another nearby villa. The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea and of the gulf of Salerno far in the horizon.

The patio is partly shaded by a perfumed wisteria pergola and by a gazebo. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and deck chairs. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the garden and of the sea.

You will find the kitchen on the ground floor. You will be able to enter it from the living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a cooker with three gas burners and one electric burner, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table to seat seven guests. The kitchen has a window with a view of the garden.
