This beachfront villa is popular year round with regular visitors mainly owing to its position close to a lagoon which offers safe bathing for children, perfect conditions for snorkelling (either in its lagoon or along its reefs), and its fine white sand. There is a well stocked supermarket within 200 metres.

Restaurants, a five star hotel casino, waterskiing, and scuba diving, golf, sailing and fishing are all within close proximity of the villa. There are many other superb beaches located in the neighbouring resorts of Mon Choisy, Pointe aux Canonniers and Grand Bay.
