The villa is quietly situated within a pretty orchard garden, approached by a driveway winding through the orange groves, and the villa’s secluded yet elevated position offers panoramic views across the countryside to the undeveloped beaches in the bay of Polis.

The large windows downstairs allow you to enjoy the surrounding orange trees at all times and even more wonderful sea views await you from the balconies upstairs. The location is private and rural, (not isolated), there are no immediate neighbours, and this spacious house is close to the beach and seaside resort. It is possible to swim in the pool whilst watching the sun set over the sea!
