The dramatic backdrop of the Watergate cliffs and the teeming bird life make this a choice destination for holidays for the more discerning of travellers. Jamie Oliver knows this is true, as he recently opened his Fifteen Cornwall restaurant training young chefs, which attracts people from far and wide. The old Beach Hut restaurant though, definitely gives him a run for his money with traditional local fare, second to none.
