About 1½ miles from Millbrook at Whitsand Bay, a little detached cliff-side chalet, recently built with splendid sea views to Rame Head and footpath down to the beach (about 300 yards) for surfing, fishing, swimming and sunbathing. About 150 yards of rough footpath through gorse and honeysuckle ending in steps lead down to it from the road. Grass surrounds it.

Porch, useful for boots and coats, leads into the living/dining/kitchen with glazed sliding doors to the garden with stunning sea views. Polished wood floors/colourful rug, TV/DVD and fitted kitchen area in light wood (microwave), pine table/chairs. On the ground floor, shower-room (suite) and pretty double bedroom. Steep, open tread stairs (handrail) from the living room to a carpeted twin bedroom with low sloping ceilings and play space for children. No children under 7, except pre-crawling babies. A fully insulated, comfortable home.

This was our second trip here. It is a really lovely spot and a very attractive, comfortable chalet with everything you need for a holiday by the sea. It is cosy but fine for 4 people and is well equipped. The surf school on the beach is great and will organise coasteering, surfing and other activities for you to make the most of the location. The owners are super helpful too. Altogether a great stay! - Holidaymaker
